CQC publishes a rating for each location it inspects. The rating is one of four bands, applied to the location overall and to five key questions (Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive, Well-led).

Ratings reflect the most recent inspection published for each location. CQC updates the ratings file monthly; we re-import on the same cadence.
